This report is now available. The project has demonstrated the feasibility of using cutting edge technology to archive case study-based educational programme evaluations and contextualising interviews with the lead investigators. Twelve evaluation studies have been deposited in the archive (from the UK and USA) with walk-about-guidelines to assist access via multiple points. They include studies carried out by CARE staff in the past, such as 'Bread and Dreams' and 'SAFARI'.

Discussions are currently underway with the ESRC with a view to developing the repository further for research capacity building and research training purposes.

The project emerged from the proceedings of the 2005 Cambridge Evaluation Conference at St Edmunds College, and following a period of consultation with core members of the conference (who meet periodically to review the state of the art) it is envisaged extending the items in the repository on an ongoing basis.
